Baraga staff spent the afternoon learning three quick actions to control serious bleeding by completing the American College of Surgeons Stop the Bleed program. This program trains participants how to stop bleeding in a severely injured person. Although we hope to never have to use this training we feel it’s imperative for our staff to have the knowledge, training, and equipment to take appropriate action in the event of an emergency.
