Juniors and seniors who are leaving for lunch MUST sign out and back in on the computer in the high school office.

There are a few students who have not turned in their beginning of the year forms to the high school office yet.  Please get them in as soon as possible.

It's the beginning of a new 4-H year! Sign-up for 4-H today through 4-H online. Michigan 4-H is waiving the annual $20 participation fee for 2020-21, so now is a great time to try out 4-H! 4‑H empowers young people to lead for a lifetime by participating in science, healthy living, and citizenship. Through hands-on learning, kids build not only confidence, creativity, and curiosity, but also life skills such as leadership and resiliency to help them thrive today and tomorrow. Baraga County 4-H Virtual Slumber Party Friday, October 9, 8:00-9:30 PM

Baraga County youth between the ages of 8- 14 are invited to join us for an evening of fun right from the comfort of your own home. We will be in our pajamas, eating popcorn and enjoying hot cocoa. We will be making ghost slime, fall picture frames, and decorating pumpkins.

To join the fun, email Gwen at or call 906-524-6300 before October 2 at 5 pm. This is a free event, but space is limited to 20 youth. On Wednesday, October 7, families will receive an email with information to join by Zoom.

Sports warm up order forms are on the counter in the high school office.  If you would like to order a warm up please have your completed forms and money turned in to the office no later than September 30th.  Orders will be placed on October 1st.

FAFSA night for students and parents is scheduled for October 7th from 5:30 – 7:00 in the Library at the Baraga School.

ALL STUDENTS 6-12 (Virtual AND Face-to-Face Students) – Please check your PowerSchool to make sure that your schedule is accurate. If you notice anything that needs to be changed, please see Mrs. Rinkinen ASAP. This does not mean you can change your schedule, just making sure all schedules are accurate.
